NeyroblastGX’s physical location is in the Murrieta Innovation Center (MIC), but the laboratory is located in the heart of the University of California, Riverside (UCR), multidisciplinary research building (MRB), and Life Science Incubator. The newly built UCR-MRB Incubator is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and technology where NeyroblastGX scientists innovate next-generation cellular, organoids, and organ-related products.

NeyroblastGX LLC is founded in 2020 and based in Murrieta, CA, within Riverside County. NeyroblastGX focus is to develop a next-generation theranostic products for neurodegenerative and infectious diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and COVID-19. We also have a platform to provide custom made human organoid culture and genetically engineered cells for screening drug, toxicity, and disease pathology.

Our team of scientists comes from various range of backgrounds across academia, biotech, and pharma with extensive experience in nutraceutical biomedicine, genetics, neurobiology, drug development, and human pluripotent stem cell.

Message from Our Founder

NeyroblastGX human organoid technology is the beginning of the future generation of organs due to the complex structure and function of the corresponding tissues. Our human organoids are valuable models for studying development, disease, and drug discovery and finding strategies for new diagnostics and therapies for patients with organ failure. Each human stem cell-derived 3D organoid batch is generated in a stable control environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Thus, our human organoids are high-quality, fully characterized, immune-stable, and ready to use for your project.

About Founder: Dr. Aynun Begum is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of NeyroblastGX LLC (NGLSci.com). Dr. Begum has been working with “Neurobiology of Disease and Stem Cell Biology” for over two decades, receiving funding from the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), Department of Defense (DoD), Army, Navy, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Dr. Begum is dedicated to stem cell research, transforming 3D human organoids into fully functional organs and saving millions of lives in the future.

About the team: Our research and advisory team comes from a wide range of backgrounds across academia, biotech, pharma, and marketing, with extensive experience in nutraceutical biomedicine, genetics, immunology, neurobiology, drug development, and human pluripotent stem cells. Dr. Alexander Michkov, our Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), is an expert in molecular biology, cell signaling, genetics, genomics and bioinformatics. Our senior advisor, Dr. Rakez Kayed, is a world renowned scientist and Professor of neurobiology of disease at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Dr. Kayed enormously contributed to the Aβ and tau fields of Alzheimer’s disease research. Dr. Yiling Hong, a Professor and renowned scientist in stem cell and nanotoxicity research from the Western University of Health Sciences, is our senior advisor for stem cell disease modeling. We are actively collaborating also with various national and internationally recognized stem cell biologists, immunologists, geneticists, polymer scientists, and clinicians to develop next-generation theranostic technology.
