Cell Imaging:

Cell imaging, such as live or fixed cell imaging, is a powerful analytical tool for studying cell biology, neurobiology, and pharmacology. Fluorescence microscopy is a powerful approach to visualize cellular protein, morphology, and cytostructure and understand the biological processes of biomolecules and the dynamic cellular processes of cells. Researchers use various methods for imaging cells, from phase-contrast microscopy that shows intact cells to fluorescent imaging of single molecules or organelles. Cellular analysis is performed to evaluate and measure the current state of cells, such as cell integrity, cellular protein expression, toxicity, viability, and various other research applications.


Immunocytochemistry (ICC):

Our scientists have developed the ICC method to have high-resolution images from challenging non-adhering or 3D cell populations. Stem cell-derived specialized cell staining projects can be tricky. It requires careful selection of compatible antibodies, fluorochromes, and blocking reagents, plus results optimization if there is a high background signal. You can give rest to your challenges, and we can do cell fixation, blocking primary and secondary antibodies, coverslip, and imaging for you at competitive prices.


Thick cell culture samples or organoid slides are difficult to cover without bubbles. We have an easy solution to protect your slide or cell culture tissue with Dapi mountain media and a coverslip without bubbles or dryouts. The finishing touch of ICC with a correct mountain media or coverslip can be challenging and unable to have high-resolution imaging. Coating Plate For ICC:

Like many stem cells or related cell or neuronal cultures, it is not easy to grow on the surface of the plastic plate or wares and needs special matrigel, poly-D-lysine, or laminin coating. We have ready-to-use coating plates, or we can prepare your plate with desired matrices for convenience and ease of cell growth and further use them for imaging.


Organoid Slicing:

Stem cell-derived 3D organoid typically 2-5mm in size, which is not easy to stain. Most organoid culture imaging is usually done with a plate and can’t possibly be kept in long-term storage. So we can slice the organoid-type soft tissue and place it in the slide for your use in immunostaining.


Histology is the study of the microanatomy of cells, tissues, and organs as seen through a microscope. It examines the correlation between structure and function. We can slice, place frozen animal tissue or organoid in slides, and further fix and stain using fluorescence antibodies or Hematoxylin and Eosin. We can also acquire images with a high-resolution imaging system.

Time-Lapse Or Image Analysis:

We have developed protocols for plating and maintaining cells, acquiring cell imaging, and downstream experimental analysis using a high-content imaging system and cellular analysis software.
