Product Overview

NGL-hNGM005 Neural Complete Growth Medium is serum-free and supplemented with all the growth factors required for proper nutrition and expansion of human cerebral organoid (Cat# NGL-COr003), neural progenitor cells (Cat# NGL-NPC005), and excitatory cortical neurons (Cat# NGL-NeuR006). NGL’s high-quality and optimized neural complete growth medium is designed for neural growth, maintenance, and maturation. NGL-hNGM005 -based culture, such as patterned brain organoids, showed no necrosis or viability reduction over extended periods (>90 days). This medium is defined and produces robust expression of cortical patterning, excitatory glutamatergic synaptic neurons, and neural networks (see related products characterization data, Cat# NGL-COr003, Cat# NGL-NPC005, Cat# NGL-NeuR006)

Storage, Stability, and Biosafety: NGL-hNGM005 complete neural growth medium should be applied to the culture and stored as stated in the user guideline. Neural growth medium should be kept at -20 °C until use and discarded after expiration.
